Doug oversees Velis, providing leadership and quality control to ensure project accuracy, timeliness and client satisfaction.
Doug has more than 35 years of consulting experience, including 10 years at Velis’ parent organization Lochmueller Group and before that, 25 years growing a St. Louis-based engineering consulting firm where he served in multiple capacities including President.

Chris manages our Engineering team, providing optimization, simulation and data analytics solutions for our clients. Chris has over 17 years of engineering and analytics experience spanning the logistics, supply chain, and mobility planning industries.
Throughout his career, Chris has supported shippers, carriers and public agencies alike with identifying transportation and supply chain problems, and developing cost-effective and implementable solutions. Prior to joining Velis, Chris worked for Anheuser-Busch in Logistics at their North America Headquarters. His responsibilities included network planning, inventory strategy, and warehouse optimization.
