We supported NorthPoint Development with site planning for a 1.3 million square foot warehouse development for a supplier to the adjacent GM Assembly Plant in Wentzville, Missouri. We forecasted the number of trucks that would enter and exit the site and we identified an optimal site access configuration that included improvements to Route A and the Route A interchange with I-70. We assisted NorthPoint Development with regulatory approvals and permits for the access improvements.
