We provided transportation optimization services for a multi-state fuel delivery company. Operating from over a dozen bases, the company dispatches a fleet of fuel trucks on multi-stop routes across several major metropolitan areas. We evaluated transportation routes, fleet compositions, driver requirements, and home base locations to support On-Site Fuel with optimizing service to existing customers and expansion strategies for new markets. We used advanced software tools to determine optimal solutions that lowered costs and improved customer service levels.
