We supported US Capital Development with site planning for a 300-acre industrial park located on the site of a former Chrysler assembly plant in Fenton, Missouri. The site was expected to generate 20,000 trips per day, with a large percentage comprised of trucks. Strategies for access to I-44 were evaluated, and it was confirmed that existing roadway infrastructure in place to serve the Chrysler plant would be adequate for the needs of Fenton Logistics Park.
